Return Policy: In store purchased items are non-refundable; exchanges and store credit are available up to 48 hours after purchase is made. All special orders are non-refundable/non-returnable.
Special Orders: Payment and a signed sales order is required to process a customer’s special order. Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled and is non-refundable. Due to the possibility of variations in dye, texture, natural leather, stone, wood, etc., exact matches to sample fabrics, leathers, woods etc., cannot be guaranteed.
Arrival Dates: All arrival dates are determined by the factories and are approximate. Exact dates are not guaranteed and are subject to change due to holidays, weather, and US customs.
Pick-Ups: It is the client’s (or the client’s agent) responsibility to inspect the merchandise at the time of pick up.
Delivery & Installation: BeDESIGN can arrange delivery and installation of any or all merchandise ordered. Once delivery and/ or installation has been arranged, the site must be ready to accept such delivery.
Cancellations: Cancellations require a 24 hour notice to avoid a re-delivery charge. The client (or the client’s agent) must be available to inspect and accept delivery. Any concealed damage or shortages must be reported to BeDESIGN within 24hrs. The client may also arrange their own delivery at their own risk if so desired.
All Sale priced items are final sale and in “as is” condition.
