Merchandise Held for Delivery
Furniture can be stored for 14 days at arrival; after which storage fee may be applied.

Delivery & Installation
BeDESIGN can arrange multiple levels of delivery and installation for merchandise ordered. Once delivery and/ or installation has been arranged, the site must be free and clear and ready to accept such delivery. Additional furniture movements can be performed at clients request with additional costs to client.

Delivery Cancellation
Written notice must be given at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a re-delivery charge.

Inspection
The client or the client’s agent must be available to inspect and accept delivery. Any concealed damage or shortages must be reported to BeDESIGN immediately within 24 hours.
