About Cielo
Cielo was established by Alessio Coramusi, a descendant of a family of master ceramists whose roots reach back to Antonio Coramusi, who pioneered the production of ceramic sanitary fixtures in Civita Castellana at the beginning of the twentieth century. The company is located in an Etruscan territory with a long tradition of ceramic art that once made the area one of Italy’s most important centers for sanitary ceramics.
From the outset the brand positioned itself as a “bottega” of Made in Italy production—emphasizing the culture of the hands, careful craftsmanship, and the ability to push ceramic beyond conventional limits of shape, thickness, surface, and color. It produces washbasins, toilets, bidets, shower trays, freestanding bathtubs, bathroom furniture, mirrors, and accessories.
